We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. The only (very slight) criticism I'd make would be that you'd add more "power" to the image by cropping the top (even slightly into the hair) and keep a 10 : 15 proportion. This would put the eyes on the lines dividing the photo into thirds. (try it, I did). I think you'll like it.
In any case the photo is stunning!
